Our goal for 2024 is to enlist 2-3 dedicated members willing to contribute 5-10 hours per year (flexible based on activities). These volunteers will play a vital role in propelling our group to new heights and supporting our growth.

Silver Lake Neighborhood Group
To shape a thriving future for our community, our mission is to cultivate and grow neighborhood engagement, fostering meaningful connections among residents. Together, we aim to build a neighborhood that continues to flourish for generations to come.
The history of our neighborhood traces its roots back to SLAC (the Silver Lake Action Committe).
It boasts a storied connection with Silver Lake, tracing its roots back to the 1980s when community members joined forces to bring about significant transformations. The dedication of these pioneers is integral to shaping the vibrant neighborhood we cherish today.
Everett is segmented into 19 distinct neighborhoods, each with its own neighborhood association. These associations operate independently, striving to improve their respective neighborhoods, encourage civic engagement, and nurture a stronger sense of community among the residents of Everett.
Silver Lake is the only neighborhood in Everett to include Snohomish County residents and we are so lucky to have them!
